KogniCloudTech provides the following services:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, design, and implementation
• Machine Learning (ML) model development, training, and deployment
• Cloud architecture design across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Data engineering, data pipelines, and advanced analytics
• MLOps setup, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance
• Secure deployment, compliance consulting, and KPI framework development
• Custom software development and API integrations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

03 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is the exclusive property of KogniCloud Technology Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent
• Any AI models, ML pipelines, or software developed by us for clients remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement
• Client data and proprietary information shared with us remain the property of the respective client

04 User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging our services
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or infrastructure
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or AI models
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you

05 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, business data, technical details, and trade secrets shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties for a period of three (3) years.

06 Payment Terms

• All fees for services are outlined in the respective project proposal or service agreement
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST/VAT) unless stated otherwise
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KogniCloud Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party services, platforms, or integrations used in connection with our services

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

08 Data Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy and
Cookie Policy,
which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting
your personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000
(India) and, where applicable, GDPR.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
